Use the land, get rid of brush and green waste by grinding up and incorporating into the land the panels are constructed on. Grow crops and range livestock right under the panels themselves. Set panels up high enough and one could grow alfalfa and range cattle right under the solar PV arrays, that could also be bifacial and perhaps on an East/West tracking orientation.
