The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) also passed the Senate Dec. 16, and President Joe Biden has already suggested he will sign it.”

How do you verify it and how do you enforce it? Pretty sure one can ship the product made in the Xinjiang province to say the Gansu province and stamp it shipped from Gansu, really, REALLY? Two sets of books, those that show product being shipped from Xinjiang province to Gansu province for the Chinese Governments edification and a second set of books that shows shipment of goods from Gansu to the rest of the World.

The U.S. Congress can’t even ameliorate immigration at its southern border, how is it really going to enforce policy in China? This is so Forrest Gump: “Momma always said, stupid is as stupid does.”
