On the REC website, the AGM and EGM still references Oslo Norway and the last meeting was actually translated to English. It’s not apparent the foundry isn’t still a part of REC Norway. Then the question remains, is the plant still doing business and with ‘whom’ are they doing business with?

REC Silicon in Washington and REC Group in Norway have been two separate organizations for almost 10 years now.

A “new” 2GW ‘cell’ and module facility in France and a module facility plant in the U.S. of 1GW. The original REC plant in Washington State, will it be used to feed the supply chain for the 1GW plant in the U.S. or not? What’s going one here?
