I was just told I need to spend $15,000 for a grid upgrade because local substation/feeder. Yet my neighborhood has had solar for a couple of years (zip code 55363)
Also Xcel employees (field techs) have said this is Xcels “patented canned excuse” because for every residential installation, Xcel loses $$$
