Very skeptical about this “claim” that SolarAPP+ “can” be easily implemented into existing local government permitting software. Canned programs and canned apps usually do not play well in the real World. Often this gets into the realm of two incongruent programs requiring a custom “interpreter” compiler program to intervene, KEPWARE has been a go to technology for about 25 years now, to get the results one wants and needs. Which leaves SB 379 another onerous ‘mandate’ for cities and counties to address in the near future and the problem of how they will pay for this interaction and implementation.
