Follow the money and it leads right back to Xcel. Recently Duke, FP&L and yes Xcel have been grasping at any way to stop, steer or abrogate the process of change in energy generation, storage and dispatch. Depending on what kind of “argument” Xcel can come up with, it will be interesting to see what the New Mexico Supreme Court says about this whole “stakeholder” process and how this somehow “hurts” Xcel.
